Pitch darkness
In Take a Look Around, you mysteriously awaken inside an abandoned warehouse with no other soul in sight. As you get your bearings and start exploring, you'll walk through empty hallways and dark corners as you look for a way out. All of that while dealing with limited visibility to see your surroundings.
Not long after, you start seeing these strange headless mannequins appear out of nowhere and that seems to follow you around. Out of nowhere, a dark and hellish voice starts talking, terrorizing you at every turn and determined to stop you from escaping. One thing to note before getting started is that this game is short, clocking in under 10 minutes for a full playthrough.
Dark and creepy
To sum up, if you like psychological horror games, Take a Look Around offers an interesting experience with its creepy setting and bizarre setpieces. While it's on the short side, that does not detract from its overall appeal and is worth giving a try if you have a few minutes to spare.
